Chuck and his team at CTBids did an amazing job documenting, posting online and managing the bidding process for the estate sale of my mother-in-law's house contents after she passed. Cristin is the absolute best at what she does! She is knowledgeable, punctual and takes the time to listen to our needs during our very trying time. She helped with the transition for a family member that needed extra care and helped us figure out what to do with a lifetime of belongings. I would give her 10 stars if I could. If you have a loved one who is without anyone local down here….I trust the team to get it done….but with love, compassion and care…almost like you are there. True story..

We had a wonderful experience with Caring Transitions of Chapel Hill. A loved one recently passed away, and as all of our family lives out of state, we were faced with the challenge of how to clean out their home to get it ready for sale. Our biggest hope was that their belongings would find new use somewhere, and Caring Transitions went above and beyond to make that happen. Every day of the clean out, Andrew sent us reports of where all of their items had gone—nonprofits ranging from a children’s book collection to a craft exchange to a domestic violence shelter, and so many more. They even returned the modem for us to the internet service provider. Caring Transitions was exactly the help we needed, and they did it all with the utmost compassion and respect. A huge thank you to Andrew and his team. We highly recommend them.

What a great experience!!! Tom and his team made the clean out of my Mom's apartment a breeze. When my Mom passed away a couple of months ago, dealing with her estate and all the details were hard enough as well as dealing with the emotional trauma. Tom was recommended to me by a neighbor so I made a phone call and spoke with Tom. He couldn't have been any nicer and caring with regards to what we needed done. He took care of everything, and I do mean everything!! Once we agreed on what was to be removed, Tom and his team took over. We emailed and talked a couple of times through the process and then one final time to let me know how the auction went and where he should send the proceeds. I can't thank you enough! We feel blessed to have found such a caring and efficient Team. Thank you again.

Working with Ken and Kate and the entire team was seamless from start to finish! I was left managing a difficult situation and was completely overwhelmed.
